surah e falak
Say: I seek refuge in Him Who created the morning.  From the evil of all His creatures.  And from the evil of the one who casts darkness when they are drowned.  And from the evil of the women who blow in the planets.  And from the evil of the envious when they burn with me.

Say to them: I seek refuge in the Lord of the morning

In seeking refuge, Allah is mentioned with this attribute of “Lord of the morning” because Allah creates the morning and removes the darkness of the night, then He is also able to remove that condition from the seeker of refuge.  Those who are afraid of him, just as a man waits for dawn in the dark night, so a frightened man waits for peace and comfort.

In addition, the morning is the time for the prayers of the compelled and helpless people and their time to be accepted.  I seek refuge in the doer.  There is also a saying that "Falaq" is a valley in Hell.

1: From the evil of all His creatures. (Falaq verses 2 verses) In this (surah e falak) refuge is sought from the evil of every creature, whether living or inanimate, obligated or not obligated and some commentators have said  That the creature here refers to the special devil, there is no one worse than the creature.

(And I seek refuge from the evil of this dark night when it overwhelms)

Umm Al-Mu'minin It is narrated from Hazrat Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) looked at the moon and said to her: O Ayesha [!, the refuge of Allah Almighty from its evil, when it sinks, it becomes dark.

This refers to the last nights of the month when the moon disappears and the magic that is meant to make people sick is performed at that time.

And from the evil of the women who blow in the planets. (surah e falak) 3 verses

That is to say, I seek refuge from the evil of the sorcerer women who tie the knots in the ropes and recite magic spells in them, as the girls of Labid did to cast sorcery on the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

An important Shari'ah issue regarding amulets:

Remember that amulets are illegal and haraam for illegitimate deeds, while for the legitimate purpose it is permissible to make goons and tie knots on them.  They are on it.

And this is also proved by the blessed deeds and guidance of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
It is narrated from Ayesha, may Allah be pleased with her, you know that when someone is ill, in the light of Allah Almighty and His Apostle Holy Holy Almighty Allah bless peace (surah e falak) and Surah read snuff  He would breathe on it

And it is narrated from Hazrat Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him) that Hazrat Asma '(may Allah be pleased with her) said:  The sons of Hazrat Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) are very quick to see, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.  If she could, her eyes would definitely overtake her.

1: And the envy of the envious one when he envies. (surah e falak) Verse 4 The envious one is the one who desires to be deprived of the blessings of others.  They used to be jealous of Salam or Khas Labid bin Asim is a Jew.  And in general, this (surah e falak) is enough to shelter from every envious person

Jealousy is the worst attribute and it is the first sin that was committed by Iblis in heaven and Cain on earth.  Jealousy is compared to jealousy and it is that in which one desires for oneself the same blessing which is with another but does not desire to be taken away from another.  Jealousy is the worst crime that has been mentioned after the common misdeeds.
